Sliding Scale Conscious Uncoupling Package
$720-$900
- 6 sessions spaced out (6 hours total)
- Introduction and Steps 1-5 sessions with specific focus in each one
- May only be booked after a free Discovery Meet with me
- At time of booking, choose any of the package amounts, which reflect the focused preparation, attention, and follow-up that you will receive from me, a real person!

About Me
I’m a bookish healer with intuitive and practical perspective on wellbeing, but for a long time these gifts were underground in my life. I know what it’s like to experience invisibility across multiple identities, including my sexuality and neurodivergence. During my last breakup I realized my part in burying my wholeness and my needs. In the face of prevailing narratives about how relationships should function and especially how they should end, I was aware I needed something different. I wanted to be able to look back and be proud of the steps I took. Conscious Uncoupling™ was a powerful counterweight that rewired the way I saw the choices and changes I needed to make.
I’ve always been a seeker for common ground and for spiritual connection, learning from various traditions and becoming a passionate qigong student. What I love about qigong and Conscious Uncoupling™ is the fact that I am both the patient and the practitioner! In the aftermath of my breakup I was confused and about to make the same mistakes of disappearing myself to find or keep love. If I can guide you through this process, I would be honored. I create a space just for you, and stand with you for integrity and love, now and always.
